Craft and spirit meet in every pour. The character of CORACHO begins in the land itself, Mexico’s volcanic soil, shifting winds, and coastal light. Here, Blue Weber agave grows for seven years in the valleys of Jalisco and along the shores of Nayarit, absorbing the depth of two distinct terroirs.

Slow-roasted agave piñas, pressed on a traditional roller mill.

Naturally fermented, twice distilled, then rested in French oak to quiet the edges and reveal the heart of the agave.
